How do I proceed through the checkout process?

Or use the option “Buy It Now” on the product you wish to buy.

How does delivery work?

 

Here at Fantasy Gifts Uk we are partnered with UK Merchants in order provide the best prices and products available.

We supply tracking numbers and are full insured.

 

Because we ship from our base your items can take from 7-14 working days to get to you. Please don't panic, your item is on it's way!

 

We can only ship to the UK MAINLAND & Ireland we are working on shipping to everywhere else.

 

If for some reason the delivery time has passed and you have not received your item please email us with your order number at fantasygiftsuk@gmail.com

If you need to return an item please contact us via email at fantasygiftsuk@gmail.com right away so we can guide you through the process of returning your item.

 

Cancelling your Order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of order placement, letting us know your reason for cancellation. So we can begin the process of refunding, at fantasygiftsuk@gmail.com
